郭爾茲飯店與 SPA(Quartz Hotel & Spa)

This is my second visit to the Quartz for medical tourism. The location is perfect in a nice part of town and the upper plaza has its own level connected to the New City Medical building and so medical offices are easily and safely accessible to guests. Pool and spa were well maintained and a beautiful garden is also out in the area. Within walking distance is a market and a ****** and little shops. Taxis are easy to find should you need. The rooms are exceptionally clean with comfortable robes and attention to details like lighting and temperature. The staff is pleasant and there is always someone who speaks English well enough to communicate. They are friendly and helpful. There is an upscale Spa and artist feel to the place. I will be back.

Tiene una excelente ubicación cercana al centro comercial península Muy bonita la decoración navideña El gerente del Restaurante excelente persona cordial amable nos recibió y despidió con calidez humana Felicidades y su equipo de trabajo también

Definitivamente la falta de limpieza en el baño deja mucho que desear, aparte de que la bata de baño estaba muy sucia y aún así guardada para su uso. Las almohadas muy duras amanecí mal del cuello y se escucha el ruido de un bar que queda a un lado por lo que te aconsejo que pidas las habitaciones retiradas de la avenida principal. En expedía indica que el costo del estacionamiento es de 5 dólares y en la propiedad nos cobraron 100 pesos, estando el tipo de cambio a 16.50 maximo. Muy poco personal en la recepción por lo que te toma tiempo hacer check in. La comida del restaurante estuvo muy buena, así como la de la alberca. Me gusto el área del la alberca y la alberca está templada lo que es bueno.

No hicieron la limpieza en nuestra habitación, pedimos un platillo el viernes y ahí duro hasta el domingo que nos fuimos y supuestamente limpiaron el sábado

We made a reservation for 1 night and decided to extend 1 more night. Somehow the hotel gave another guest a room key to our room around 11:45pm. We were sleeping and the guests entered our room and I panicked. Luckily we were inside. Otherwise, we don’t know what type of people will enter our room and take our stuffs. My jewleries cash and purse. Also the first day we entered our room. It was past midnight. Our toilet was filthy dirty, someone probably had their period and it was on the toilet seat. It was late and we were tired to switch room.

I have being at this hotel multiple times and never experience such a rude reception personel during check in, lady had no manners requesting ID or credit card. My room had a discussing smear of human mucos.

Excelente todo muy limpio las camas Muy confortables, el cuarto muy espacioso el desayuno delicioso.

This hotel was more Fancy and cleaned now every time when stay here the rooms and stuff is very bad ! I called sometimes to front desk never picked My call! Pool área bar service never bring my Cocktails !
